EnviroVent is Britain’s leading manufacturer of low energy, sustainable domestic ventilation equipment. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to lead our growing Installations team as Planning Manager.

Responsible for the office based Installations Support Team, and 2 external National Installations Managers, you will ensure efficient planning and co-ordination of nationwide installations of EnviroVent products to meet our customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering first class customer service, be commercially astute and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Installations Support team to ensure optimum planning of work for the nationwide Installations team.
  • Ensure monthly target revenue and high productivity is maintained
  • Report and present performance figures, relevant data and analysis to board members
  • Liaise closely with Quality Director for health & safety /quality matters
  • Communicate regularly with contract clients to ensure that expectations are met, following up on any complaints, concerns or additional requirements
  • Agree individual and team performance measures and review these regularly
  • Identify appropriate training and development where required

 Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in positive people management and motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working logistics/planning software packages is desirable.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Commercial Services team as a Commercial Services Co-ordinator. The role will predominantly involve working with the Supply Only team to process quotes, orders and raise invoices, as well as providing support and assistance to the Supply and Fit.

In addition to the above you will be required to work on ad hoc queries, reports and small projects, so it’s essential that you are pro-active, enjoy resolving problems and thrive in a challenging and busy working environment.

To be successful, you’ll need to have excellent communication and MS Office skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative. You’ll also need to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. If you’re a quick learner, enjoy solving problems and are ready to hit the ground running then this could be just what you’re looking for!
