We are currently looking to recruit Graduate Sales Executives to join our new "springboard Programme"
The programme consists of a 3 month intensive training programme in sales and business development, during this time you will learn all about the ventilation industry, our products, and the market. It won't be long before you are out in the field and selling, receiving real on the job training so that you can hone your sales skills whilst receiving one to one coaching from your manager.
Your ideal qualifications and skills
- University degree (preferably Business related)
- Strong academic results
- Passion for sales and business development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
- Track record for meeting goals and deadlines
- Natural leadership qualities
Targeting the Social Housing Sector your key responsibilities after initial training will be:-
- Achieving targets by presenting the EnviroVent products to Social Housing clients and progressing projects through the supply chain
- Working with the internal team to ensure profitable sales
- Lead generation
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Carrying out site surveys
- Management of administration through Company CRM

Area Sales Manager – South of England

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the South of England, which will include the areas of Guilford, Kingston-Upon-Thames, London, South London, Sutton, Croydon and Redhill.
Targeting local authorities and housing associations your key responsibilities will be:-
- Achieving targets by presenting the EnviroVent products to Social Housing clients and progressing projects through the supply chain
- Working with internal team to ensure profitable sales
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Actively generating leads
- Delivering product presentations and CPD’s
- Management of administration through Company CRM
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Proven ability to influence people to win contract and product sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience of account management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- Target driven
- Self motivated
- Hungry to succeed
Experience of working in the ventilation industry is an advantage; however a proven track record in specification selling and an understanding of the market is a prerequisite for this position.
