You will be joining our Technical team where you will also get the opportunity to build strong working relationships with the Commercial Services team. You will provide advice and support over the telephone, answering technical questions about our products and their installation to both internal and external customers.

In order to be successful you will need to be a quick learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good level of numeracy and computer literacy is also required. You will have a practical, questioning mind; enjoy solving problems and have a passion for looking after our customers.

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided:

  • Electronics
  • Electrical installations
  • Ventilation
  • Building Regulations

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven individual to join our Installations division

To apply for this role, it’s essential that you have good oral and written communication skills, are able to complete paperwork accurately and timely, and can work under pressure in a labour intensive environment.

We also expect you to have 17th Edition and C&G Part 1 and 2, as a requirement. Inspection and Testing and JIB (Electrician status) is preferred. NVQ level three is desirable but not essential.

A fully equipped van, tools and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided for business use. A driving licence is also essential.

This presents the H&S Department with exciting daily challenges as we strive to provide line managers and employees with the best quality service.

We are looking for an H&S Administrator to join our busy department and provide administrative support across a broad spectrum of tasks. Working closely with and assisting the H&S Manager and H&S Officer you will be exposed to several aspects of H&S where you will develop your experience in order to progress your career. Your typical duties will also include: inputting data, using the web-based H&S system and populating reports. Other generalist tasks will include monitoring our contractors across the business, administrating risk assessments, liaising with fire wardens/ first aiders, ordering PPE and recording minutes.

It’s a busy and varied role, therefore you’ll need to have excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude, coupled with the ability to work accurately with a passion for providing exceptional levels of service to both our internal and external customers. Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, advanced excel is preferred.

We take pride in what we do and in our employees. We are looking for a fast learner and a focussed individual to join our Procurement team to develop alongside our Company. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hardworking, eager to learn individual who is looking to gain more experience in a Procurement department.

Your key responsibilities:

Day to day you will be responsible for managing your suppliers, obtaining quotes for products and ensuring items are correct and supply agreements are in place. Along with this you will be responsible for look at shortages and usages of components and whether they are higher or lower than planned and adjusted accordingly.

The role will involve you monitoring all queries and distributing them through the department as well as reviewing any weekly issues that may arise in the department, for example line stops and quality problems. If issues do arise you will be responsible for dealing with the supplier and the personnel who is responsible for the issues.

You must have experience of working in a sales environment, this could be internal, external or retail. We take pride in what we do and in our employees, one third of our current employees have been promoted! We are looking for a fast learner to join our Supply & Fit Team within our Commercial Services Department as a Survey Controller.

Our Supply & Fit Team is based in a thriving and fast paced environment, so it’s essential that you are pro-active, enjoy resolving problems and providing first class customer service.

Your main aim will be to oversee all Supply & Fit surveys as well as providing admin support to other departments within the business. You will also be responsible for:

  • • Producing accurate survey reports and quotes for customers
  • • Schedule survey requests for internal and external surveyors
  • • Provide cover for the Supply & Fit team and place orders as required
  • • Answering calls and delivering outstanding customer service

To be successful, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. It would be an advantage if you have experience in order processing as well as GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent. All training will be provided to the right candidate.
