Your key responsibilities:
Day to day you be working closely with the Fleet/Environmental Quality Manager. You will be responsible for the allocation and return of vehicles. You’ll collect and review monthly vehicle checks, organise scheduling servicing, MOTS, hire vehicles, and order fuel cards. You will be involved in the recording & management of accident and incidents, therefore your ability to be able to prioritise your work load and keep accurate records is really important.
Your role will also involve the completion of PQQ’s, Tenders and subcontractor approval forms within the required deadlines. Other general administration within your position will include checking invoices, recording information on spreadsheets, and dealing with any environmental waste management queries.
Within your weekly working hours you work with a local training provider to gain a nationally recognised General Administrator Qualification.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and driven individual to join our Installations division
To apply for this role, it’s essential that you have good oral and written communication skills, are able to complete paperwork accurately and timely, and can work under pressure in a labour intensive environment.
We also expect you to have 17th Edition and C&G Part 1 and 2, as a requirement. Inspection and Testing and JIB (Electrician status) is preferred. NVQ level three is desirable but not essential.
A fully equipped van, tools and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided for business use. A driving licence is also essential.
