Wholesaler Promo Jan 2026 - Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. The promotion will start on the 1st January 2026 and end on the 31th January 2026 23.59 pm. Any entries made after this deadline will not be eligible.
3. To qualify for this promotion, a design request on a Trade EW product must be submitted between 1st January 2026 and 31st January 2026 at 23.59pm and subsequently converted to an order by 31st July 2026.
4. This promotion is only open to Electrical Wholesalers. All design requests must be submitted directly to your local EnviroVent Area Sales Manager (ASM). Design requests submitted through the EnviroVent website or any other channel will not qualify.
5. The wholesaler must provide project drawings to the ASM, who will submit them to EnviroVent’s Technical Design Team for assessment. The ASM will act as the main point of contact throughout the design process.
6. The promo code ENV50 must be clearly referenced on the design submission.
7. This offer applies only to designs on Trade EW products and excludes Social and New Build projects.
8. There is no additional charge for entry.
9. EnviroVent Ltd is running the competition.
10. Each qualifying design request that is submitted from 1st January 2026 and 31st January 2026 and converted into a Trade EW product order by 31st July 2026 will receive lunch on EnviroVent up to the value of £50. There is no limit to the number of rewards a wholesaler can earn, provided all qualifying criteria are met.
11. The prize consists of a £50 “Lunch on Us” reward, delivered by your local ASM once the qualifying order has been received and verified. The value of the prize is up to £50. There is no cash value for the prize.
12. There is no alternative reward available. The £50 "Lunch on Us" is non-refundable and non-transferable. EnviroVent reserves the right to replace the reward with an alternative of equal value if necessary and at its sole discretion. If a qualifying participant chooses not to accept the reward, EnviroVent may request written confirmation, and the reward may then be withdrawn at EnviroVent’s discretion.
13. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.
14. Open to UK residents only.
15. This competition is not open to EnviroVent employees, their families, or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
16. Once a design is submitted and the qualifying order is placed, within the timeframes outlined, qualifying participants will be contacted by EnviroVent via the email or the telephone number provided within 45 working days of their order being verified. The participant must confirm their details within 15 days of notification to receive the £50 ‘Lunch on Us’. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the reward being withdrawn.
17. The £50 ‘Lunch on Us’ will be issued within 60 days of the qualifying order being verified. The reward will be delivered by the local ASM to the electrical wholesaler that submitted the original design request. For the delivery of the reward, the representative from the wholesaler will be required to be available at an agreed time and date.
18. The local Area Sales Manager (ASM) will contact the qualifying participant to arrange delivery of the £50 “Lunch on Us” reward. The date and time of the lunch will be agreed directly between the ASM and the participant.
19. Any dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated to the ASM at the time of arranging the lunch. EnviroVent accepts no responsibility for dietary requirements or allergies that are not disclosed at this stage.
20. The qualified participant must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.
21. By taking part in this promotion, you agree that EnviroVent may request your participation in publicity relating to the reward. You agree that EnviroVent may, at its sole discretion, use your name, company name, and any comments provided about the promotion or reward for future marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without notice and without any additional compensation.
22. By taking part in this promotion, you agree that EnviroVent may, at its discretion, list your company name and location on its website(s) and may publish or announce this information in other marketing channels in connection with the promotion.
23. Information and data (“personal data”) provided by you as part of this promotion will be held by EnviroVent Ltd and used solely for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the promotion. This includes, without limitation, contacting you if there is an issue with verifying a qualifying design request or issuing the £50 lunch. Further details on how your personal data is used can be found in EnviroVent’s Privacy Policy at https://www.envirovent.com/privacy-policy.
24. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the promotion, networks or systems, the decision of the EnviroVent shall be final.
