Best Places to Work 2026
22 May 2026

We are celebrating after being named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2026, a recognition that reflects far more than a single achievement. Behind the headline is a culture built on teamwork, support and a shared drive to continually improve, shaped by the people who make envirovent what it is today. Now, with employee confidence levels nearly double the industry average, the results provide clear evidence of the environment the business has worked hard to create.
Across our 285-strong workforce, we have recorded 76% of employees expressing confidence in management, significantly higher than the industry average of 40%, alongside overall employee happiness levels of 76%. The results highlight our ongoing commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace for all.
Powered by workplace engagement platform WorkL, the awards are based on anonymous employee surveys measuring six key areas, including reward and recognition, wellbeing, job satisfaction, and trust in leadership. We were recognised in the ‘Big Organisations’ category, and we have also achieved a score of 70% or higher across all six engagement categories.
The recognition follows a milestone year, including the production of our three millionth Filterless Infinity Fan, as demand for effective ventilation solutions continues to grow amid increasing focus on indoor air quality and housing standards like Awaab’s Law.
Being recognised in ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work’ in our first year of entering is a fantastic achievement and reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to build. We’re incredibly proud of our team and the role they play in driving the business forward.
The Sunday Times awards celebrate organisations across seven key industries, including construction, technology, financial services and non-profit, recognising employers that are delivering high levels of engagement and workplace satisfaction.
