Heat Recovery Systems Reduce Heat Loss by 75%

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) is a centralised or single room ventilation system which passes air through a heat exchanger before extracting if from the building.  The energy captured from the extracted air is used to heat the incoming air from outdoors so that less energy is wasted overall.
