Loftvent Mk2 Air
Loftvent Mk2 Air is a loft mounted Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system, which has been designed to supply filtered air into the property from a central location. The constant flow of filtered air will dilute, displace and replace moisture-laden air within the property. This helps to control humidity levels, so that condensation, mould and other indoor air contaminants are significantly reduced helping to create a healthy indoor environment. The Loftvent MK2 Air comes fitted with an intelligent 500W heater to help temper incoming air in the colder months, as well as a data logger to provide landlords and homeowners with important information about the amount of time the unit has been running. This units is a great solution for properties in high Radon areas and when summer temperatures start to rise, it provides ventilation 365 days a year even in the warmer months. It has an AirSource bypass, which means when temperatures in the loft space rise above 25°C, the unit swaps to source cooler air directly from atmosphere via the duct run, helping to reduce overheating. This ensures ventilation is supplied continuously all year round.

Loftvent Mk2 Air has an AirSource Bypass mode. When temperatures in the loft space exceed 25°C the unit will start to supply air directly from the atmosphere, this helps keep temperatures in the property down.
