Loftvent Mk2
Loftvent Mk2 units are loft mounted Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems, which are designed to supply filtered air into the property from a central location. The constant flow of filtered air will dilute, displace and replace moisture-laden air within the property. This helps to control humidity levels, so that condensation, mould and other indoor air contaminants are significantly reduced helping to create a healthy indoor environment. Loftvent Mk2 units come fitted with an intelligent 500W heater (model depending) to help temper incoming air in the colder months, as well as a data logger to provide landlords and homeowners with important information about the amount of time the unit has been running. This unit has a Summer Shutdown mode which helps prevent overheating in warmer months of the year. When temperatures in the loft rise above 25°C the unit will temporarily stop supplying air into the property, this will help keep temperatures in the property from rising further. Once temperatures reduce the unit will return to its normal operating modes.

3-Year Warranty
Peace of mind for all customers, the Loftvent Mk2 range is supplied with a 3-year warranty period. If you encounter any problems within that period, envirovent® will either fix or replace the unit.
Different Control Options Available
Loftvent Mk2 units have 2 different control options. The EVL and EVL-H units have controls on the top of the unit. Where as the EVL-H-W is a wireless unit, this model has the built in controls and a wireless controller that can communicate with the unit remotely.

Optional Intelligent Comfort Heater
The EVL-H and EVL-H-W Loftvent Mk2 units come with an intelligent comfort heater. This ensures that when temperatures drop outside, the air entering the property is still tempered to a comfortable level for the occupant.
Summer Shutdown Mode
All models have a Summer Shutdown Mode, when temperatures inside the loft space exceed 25°C, the unit will stop supplying air into the property to help prevent overheating.
Datalogging as Standard
All Loftvent Mk2 units come with integral datalogging. This tracks exactly how many hours the unit has been running, from the moment it was installeed. This is particularly helpful for landlords who may have disputes with tenants.
Easy Installation
All Loftvent Mk2 units come supplied with ISO COARSE 65% (G4) filter, 200mm internal diffuser, 200m flexible ducting and all fixings necessary.
