Wholesaler Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. The competition will start on the 1^st May and end when envirovent are out of stock of World Cup Wholesaler Pack/promotional packages or on the 30th of June 2026 23.59pm, whichever is the sooner. Any entries made after this deadline will not be eligible.

3. To qualify for this promotion, a minimum trade EW order value of £2,000 (excluding VAT) is required. All qualifying orders must include the promo code WC2026 at the time of purchase. Does not include Social Housing, New Build or Framework Contracts.
Qualifying orders must be placed between 1st May 2026 and 30th of June 2026 at 23:59, or until envirovent's promotional stock has been fully allocated, whichever occurs first.

4. Each qualifying order will automatically receive one (1) World Cup 2026 Wholesaler Pack and be entered into the World Cup Prize Draw. The World Cup 2026 Pack includes:

• 1x World Cup Wall Chart 

• 1x Contractor Competition Strut Card - Spot the Ball

• 4x envirovent Branded Water Bottles 

• 4x envirovent Branded Pencils

• 3x envirovent Branded T-Shirts

Please note: World Cup 2026 Wholesaler Packs may be delivered separately from your envirovent product order and could take up to 15 working days to arrive.

5. Your qualifying order will automatically be entered into the World Cup 2026 prize draw.

6. There is no additional charge for entry.

7. envirovent Ltd is running the competition.

8.  There are two prizes in total: one available for the North region and one available for the South region.

9. The prize consists of:

Prize 1 x Table Football

Total prize value of

1 x Table Football (worth £500)

per North and South regions

The South covers all postcodes and regions for Central East, Wales & East, London East, South East, South Central and South West as per the EnviroVent territories map available here https://viewer.ipaper.io/sp/envirovent/maps-charts/asm-distribution-territories-map/

10. There is no cash alternative or alternative prize available. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to something of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion. If, for any reason, the winner chooses not to claim the prize or any part of the prize, the promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing, and whether or not such confirmation is received, the promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its discretion.

11. If the named prize is unavailable at the time of winner’s announcement, envirovent will replace it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

12. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.

13. Open to UK residents only.

14. This competition is not open to envirovent employees, their families, or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.

15.  The prize draw will take place within 10 working days of the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

The drawing process will be as follows:

• The first entry drawn at random with a Northern postcode from all eligible North region entries will win the prize.

• The first entry drawn at random with a Southern postcode from all eligible South region entries will win the prize.

A northern postcode and North Region will align to the sales teams' territories and include North West, Yorkshire & Lincs, Midlands, Yorkshire & North East and Scotland as per ASM Distribution Territories Map

A southern postcode and South Region will align to the sales teams' territories and include South East, South Central, South West and Channel Islands, Central East, London, Wales and West as per ASM Distribution Territories Map

All winning entries will be checked to ensure that the purchase was made at an electrical wholesaler who stocks envirovent products and appears on the list of envirovent stockists that can be located at https://www.envirovent.com/stockists/ and meet the wider applicable terms and conditions.

16.  The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by envirovent within 15 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with envirovent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone and email.

17. The prize will be supplied within 45 days from the competition closing on 30th of June 2026 23.59pm. The prize will be delivered to Electrical Wholesaler that took part in the competition. For delivery of the prize, you may be required to be available at a specified time and date.

18. The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.

19. By taking part in the competition, you agree to participate in publicity at envirovent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that envirovent may, in its sole discretion, use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.

20. If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw, you agree that envirovent may list your name and location on their respective website(s) and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as envirovent determines in its sole discretion.

21. Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by envirovent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. 22. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the envirovent shall be final.
