Contractors Spot the Ball - Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. The competition will start at 7:00 am on the 1^st May 2026 and ends on the 1st of July 2026 at 23.59 pm. Any entries made after this deadline will not be eligible.

3.  There is no charge for entry.

envirovent Spot the Ball Competition 2026 

To enter, simply take a look at the spot the ball grid, choose a square on the grid using the letter and number axis, and complete the form, including your chosen square, for example E7. The correct entries will be entered into our prize draw. 

5. There are two prizes in total: one prize available for the North region and one prize available for the South region.

6. The prize consists of:

X1 55” TV for the North region

X1 55” TV for the South region

Total prize per prize is £250

The North covers all postcodes and regions for Scotland, North West, North East and Yorkshire, Yorkshire & Lincs and Midlands as per the envirovent territories map available here https://viewer.ipaper.io/sp/envirovent/maps-charts/asm-distribution-territories-map/

7. There is no cash alternative or alternative prize available. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to something of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion. If, for any reason, the winner chooses not to claim the prize or any part of the prize, the promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing, and whether or not such confirmation is received, the promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its discretion.

8. If the named prize is unavailable at the time of the winner’s announcement, envirovent will replace it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

9. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.

10. Open to UK residents only.

11. This competition is not open to envirovent employees, their families, or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.

12.  The draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

The drawing process will be as follows:

• The first entry drawn at random with a Northern postcode from all eligible North region entries will win the prize.

• The first entry drawn at random with a Southern postcode from all eligible South region entries will win the prize.

13. The winner must have provided contact details when entering on the webpage. The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by envirovent within 7 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with envirovent via email or telephone to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact, the winner must confirm their name, address, phone, and email to arrange the delivery of the prize.

14. The prize will be supplied within 12 working days from the competition closing on 1st of July 2026, 23.59. For delivery of the prize, you may be required to be available at a specified time and date.

15. The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.

16. By taking part in the competition, you agree to participate in publicity at envirovent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that envirovent may, in its sole discretion, use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.

17. If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw, you agree that envirovent may list your name and location on their respective website(s) and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as envirovent determines in its sole discretion.

18. Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by envirovent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. 19. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of envirovent shall be final.
