Competition - Terms and Conditions
envirovent – The Fan Challenge at Housing, Manchester 23rd – 25th June, 2026
1. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. The competition will start at 9am on the 23rd June 2026 and ends on the 25th June at 3.15pm. Any entries made before or after this deadline will not be eligible.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. To enter, scan your badge on the envirovent stand, provide contact details of name, telephone and email, and take part in the Fan Challenge as outlined below:
Measure airflow with anemometer and hood over grill (i.e at 14 l/s)
Remove cover to fan
Hold right button for 10 secs to commissioning mode
Increase air flow
Re-instate cover
Measure airflow ensuring this is at 18 l/s
A reading must be at 18 l/s to log a valid time on the leader board
Best time taken to do all of the above steps will be the winner
5. Up to one (1) entry per person. There is no charge for entry.
6. envirovent Ltd is running the competition.
7. There is x1 prize available, for the fastest time recorded at the event.
8. The prizes consists of:
X1 Apple iPad, 2025, 11 inch, 128GB
To the value of £350
9. No cash alternative. No alternative prize available. Prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and, whether or not such confirmation is received, the Promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its own discretion.
10. If the named prize is unavailable at the time of winner’s announcement, envirovent will replace with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
11. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.
12. Open to UK residents only.
13. This competition is not open to envirovent employees, their families or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
14. For winners of the quickest time for the Fan Challenge competition. The winner must of scanned their badge with envirovent staff at the Housing event and supplied details of name, email and telephone number. In the event of 2 or more people scoring the same quickest time, a draw will take place to decide the winner, with the winner decided at random from the list of people with the same time. The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by envirovent within 15 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with envirovent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone and email. envirovent will then provide/schedule delivery of the prize within 20 working days.
15. Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by envirovent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in envirovent privacy policy at https://www.envirovent.com/privacy-policy.
16. The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.
17. By taking part in the competition you agree to participate in publicity at envirovent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that envirovent may in its sole discretion use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
18. If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw you agree that envirovent may list your name and location on their respective website(s), social media channels and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as envirovent determines in its sole discretion.
19. Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by envirovent and may be used by for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. 20. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the envirovent shall be final.
