The envirovent® kit is one of the most complete MVHR systems available, providing everything needed for installation—even down to screws and sealant. Designed for properties with up to 3 bedrooms and under 130m², it focuses on three key areas: 1) All-in-one solution: Includes all required components, plus extras often missing from other kits, such as condensate ducting, sealant, and fixings. 2) Easy installation: Features 90mm Fast Track® click-and-connect ducting (supplied in 25m rolls) to minimise connections and simplify fitting. Thermal ducting is also included, removing the need for additional insulation. 3) Regulation compliant: Carefully selected components ensure efficient performance and compliance with Approved Document F, with airtight ducting, low resistance airflow, reduced noise, and protection against condensation.

    The kit includes an energiSava® 260 unit which is SAP PCDB listed, has great SFP's, highly efficient and has a high maximum airflow which makes it ideal for 3 bedroom properties.

  • 4 MVHR Controls

    This kit provides enough controls for a property with up to 4 wet rooms allowing the customer to have full control of the unit regardless of where they are in the property.

  • Suitable for Properties up to 130m²

    This is a versatile kit that can be used for an array of property sizes with varying numbers of individual wet rooms and habitable rooms.

  • Intellitrac Relative Humidity Control

    Intellitrac is a unique intelligent vapour tracking control that constantly monitors the humidity levels within the wet room. As humidity rises and falls, the motor speed rises and falls in direct correlation, this ensures humidity levels do not increase. This feature runs constantly in the background meaning the end user does not need to interact with the unit.

  • Top Airtightness Class (ATC1) for Ducting

    The Fast Track® range achieves the top airtightness class (ATC1) available. This is 3x higher than ATC2 and is achieved with a simple click and connect technology. this ensures that ventilation systems are highly energy-efficient as well as simple and quick to install.
