PIV LoftVent MK2
The LoftVent MK2 is a Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system that is designed to reduce mould and condensation and improve indoor air quality within a property. LoftVent Mk2 gently ventilates the home from a central position on a landing from within the loft. The unit works by supplying a constant flow of filtered air from the loft space, this dilutes, displaces and replaces moisture-laden air within the property to control humidity levels so that condensation, mould and other indoor contaminants are significantly reduced.

Easy Installation
All PIV loft units come supplied with ISO COARSE filter, 200mm internal diffuser, 200m flexible ducting and all fixings necessary.
Optional Enhanced Filters
Several optional filters available for the PIV loft units that vary in levels of filtration including ISO Coarse 65%, ISO ePM10 50% and ISO ePM 2.5 50%. Higher level of filtration offers better protection against pollutants. Also available is the ISO-COAR+C which contains activated Carbon particularly good for mitigating against odours.
Low Running Costs
Incorporates a low Wat DC motor to ensure that running costs are kept to a minimum.
Optional Intelligent Comfort Heater
This ensures that the air is not only filtered upon entry of the property, but it is also tempered to a comfortable temperature.
Summer Bypass Mode
All models have a Summer Bypass, when temperatures outside exceed 25°C, the unit will stop supplying air to prevent overheating.
