envirovent Provides Permanent Solutions

The close working relationship began with the remedial repair work, after carrying out surveys on the properties suffering from condensation and mould problems.

Up until now envirovent has installed 550 loft units under day-to-day remedial repair projects. As a result of the immediate benefits, which the envirovent Positive Input Ventilation Systems had on the indoor air quality, this soon led to the unit being specified on a further 1100 homes in accordance with planned maintenance programmes.

envirovent Awarded Sole Supplier Status

Large contracts include Arthur's Hill, Spennymoor and recently Sunderland where 250 units have been installed.

Since 2006, following a rigorous evaluation process, envirovent has been awarded sole supplier status for ventilation products by GM Procure.

envirovent Provides Ventilation Solution

Fundamental to the selection was the life cycle costing and environmental benefits.

To date envirovent has installed 4240 Filterless Extract Fans, 1400 Loft Mounted Positive Ventilation Units and 300 wall-mounted units across the GM Procure Consortia.

envirovent PIV Units

PIV is a whole house ventilation method which works by drawing filtered air in from outside and gently ventilating the home from a central position. envirovent’s units are powered by an ultra low watt motor, utilising the latest technology to keep energy use to a minimum and therefore reducing carbon emissions.

What’s more, envirovent have designed each unit to last the life- cycle of the property it is installed in, engineered with recyclable components which can be re-worked back at their factory in Harrogate. Easy to maintain, envirovent’s PIV units offer attractive long term life-cycle savings.
