About

Stylish Design & Optimum User Functionality

Designed with stylish aesthetics and easy access to the removable filters for maintenance, the energiSava® 200 continuously operates at a low level to ensure the home is correctly ventilated, providing all year round good indoor air quality.

Highly practical, the energiSava® 200 comes as standard with a remote control to adjust the unit’s airflow between trickle and boost rates. It also indicates when the summer by-pass is activated and includes a filter change and fault indicator.

The automatic, integral mechanical summer by-pass ensures that cooler air enters the property on warmer days, creating an ideal indoor climate.

Flexible Installation & Ease of Commissioning

The energiSava® 200 has been designed for ease of installation in mind. With vertical or horizontal mounting options, the unit can be installed on the ceiling, wall or floor.

Wall and ceiling mount versions come complete with easy to fit brackets for rapid installation without the requirement to access the unit. A floor mounting kit can be ordered separately.

For ease of commissioning the push button pad on the unit enables the installer to correctly set the required airflow rate quickly and effectively.

Intellitrac® Technology

The energiSava® 200 incorporates Intellitrac® Technology, the unique humidity tracking controls. The unit runs continuously on trickle, providing all year round healthy indoor air quality.

No user intervention is required as the Intellitrac® Technology constantly monitors the average humidity level in the home. This allows the system to sense any rise in humidity and increases the extract rate in direct correlation to quietly and efficiently control condensation. Once the humidity level falls, the extract rate tracks back down again, saving energy.

Summer By-Pass

Benefiting from a temperature controlled integral summer by-pass as standard, the air is routed around the heat exchange cell to ensure that cooler outdoor air replaces the indoor air that has been heated during the day.

The summer by-pass ensures that the full benefit of perception cooling is achieved. This eliminates the requirement for open windows, providing a safer and less noisy environment.

energiSava® 200 Puts You In Control:

The myenvirovent app gives you complete control of your whole house ventilation system at the touch of a button. Available on both Android and Apple devices.

Question & Answers

How does MVHR work?

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery works to ventilate the whole property by extracting air from wet rooms (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, utility’s etc.), this extraction is passed through a central unit to recover as much heat from the air as possible before pushing moisture outside. At the same time fresh air is pulled from outside passed through the central unit to warm up incoming air and filtering it before supplying air to habitable rooms (bedrooms, Livingroom’s, dining rooms etc). These two air flows do not physically mix.

Does ducting require to be insulated?

Any ducting passing through a unheated area will require to be insulated. Ducting connecting the unit to/from atmosphere will require insulating.

How often does a MVHR need servicing?

Any MVHR unit will need the filters checking at least every 6 months. It may be at 12-18 months they will need replacing. This time scale will depend largely on the environment and speed of the unit. Ideally at a 5-year period the system should be checked to confirm operation is to standard.

MVHR is noisy, running fast:

This can be dependent on what MVHR unit you have. To ensure minimal noise units must be installed as per the design using proprietary components. Systems must also be commissioned and set up correctly to ensure performance. Some units may have humidity sensors that automatically increase air flow speed to control humidity levels, therefore at times of high humidity the system will be working harder. Some units may also automatically increase in speed as filters become clogged up.

Can I turn the unit off?

It is not recommended to turn the unit off, other than for maintenance. Turning the unit off can damage the unit and invalidate its warranty. Also, by turning the unit off and stopping air movement in a property can lead to other issues, condensation, mould, smells, etc...
