EnviroVent – Darts Competition at CEF Live 2025, NEC, Birmingham 2025
- By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
- The competition will start at 9am on the 5th June 2025 and ends on the 6th June 2025 at 4.00pm. Any entries made before or after this deadline will not be eligible.
- No purchase is necessary.
- To enter, scan your badge on the EnviroVent stand, provide additional contact details of name, telephone and email, and take part in the darts competition as outlined below:
- Each player has three darts and therefore also three throws
- Players must be 2.37 metres from the dart board when throwing, all players must ensure they stay behind the throw line
- Only 1 person can play darts at a time
- EnviroVent employees will total and record the score for each player after the 3 darts are thrown
- Any dart that bounces off or falls out of the dartboard does not count and will have a 0 score
- Players must have their badge scanned and their score recorded on the CEF event app/lead scanner
- Players must deliberately throw darts one at a time, aiming for the dartboard
- Up to one (1) entry per person. There is no charge for entry.
- EnviroVent Ltd is running the competition.
- There are four prizes available, three for the highest score recorded at the event with 3 darts and one awarded to a winner selected at random as outlined below, for anyone scoring 60 or more with 3 darts.
- The prizes consists of:
- X1 EnviroVent Mk2 PIV and a Harrogate Town football shirt from the 2024/25 season, for the highest score with 3 darts
- X1 EnviroVent dMEV+LC and a Harrogate Town football shirt from the 2024/25 season, for the 2nd highest score with 3 darts
- X1 EnviroVent Silent 100 (Black) and a Harrogate Town football shirt from the 2024/25 season, for the 3rd highest score with 3 darts
- X1 £500 EnviroVent voucher at a CEF branch of your choice, awarded to a winner selected at random as outlined below, for anyone scoring 60 or more with 3 darts.
- The £500 EnviroVent voucher will be in the form of CEF credit.
- The CEF credit will be provided in a form of a individual code supplied by EnviroVent finance department.
- The individual code and credit will be available for use for 6 months from the date it is supplied to the winner.
- The code and credit can only be used on EnviroVent products.
- No cash alternative. No alternative prize available. Prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to an alternative of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and, whether or not such confirmation is received, the Promoter will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at its own discretion.
- If the named prize is unavailable at the time of winner’s announcement, EnviroVent will replace with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.
- Open to UK residents only.
- This competition is not open to EnviroVent employees, their families or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
- For winners of the highest score with 3 darts competition. The winner must of scanned their badge with EnviroVent staff at the CEF event and supplied additional details of name, email and telephone number. In the event of 3 or more people scoring 180 with 3 darts, a draw will take place to decide the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, with the 3 winners decided at random from the list of people with a score of 180. In the event of 2 or more people scoring the same score that qualifies as the 1st, 2nd or 3rd highest score the winners will be decided at random from the list of people with same highest score. The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by EnviroVent within 15 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with EnviroVent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone and email. EnviroVent will then provide/schedule delivery of the prize within 20 working days.
- For winners of the £500 voucher/credit. The winner must of scanned their badge with EnviroVent staff at the CEF event and supplied additional details of name, email and telephone number. The winner will be decided at random from the list of participants who play darts at the CEF event and post a score of 60 or more. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The winner will be contacted via the provided email and telephone number by EnviroVent within 15 working days from the competition ending. The winner must make contact with EnviroVent via email or telephone provided to redeem their prize within 10 days of prize notification. Failure to redeem the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected. Upon contact the winner must confirm their name, address, phone, email and provide EnviroVent with the local CEF branch they would like the credit available at. EnviroVent will then provide an individual code within 10 working days, that will provide credit at the CEF branch the winner chooses to the value of the prize in point 8. The prize will be in the form of an individual code that can be used at any CEF branch, this code must be supplied to the CEF branch at the time of purchase to be used on EnviroVent branded products only. The code/credit will be available for use for 6 months from the date of account creation. The credit can only be used on EnviroVent products.
- Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by EnviroVent Ltd. and may be used for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes, without limitation, that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in EnviroVent’s privacy policy at https://www.envirovent.com/privacy-policy.
- The winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner being selected.
- By taking part in the competition you agree to participate in publicity at EnviroVent request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that EnviroVent may in its sole discretion use the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
- If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw you agree that EnviroVent may list your name and location on their respective website(s) and may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as EnviroVent determines in its sole discretion.
- Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by EnviroVent and may be used by for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes without limitation that we may contact you if there is an issue with the competition. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in EnviroVents privacy policy at https://www.envirovent.com/privacy-policy/.
- In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition or prize draw service, networks or systems, the decision of the EnviroVent shall be final.
