Centrifugal In-Line Fan
The Jetline Range of in-line fans for circular ducts, is designed for high aerodynamic performance in a compact profile to deliver extremely low sound levels. The JETLINE Range comprises of five diameters, covering a flow range from 260 to 1080 m3/h.
The low profile compact casing is manufactured from galvanised sheet steel, with the terminal box and mounting bracket designed with least impact on the product’s profile. Manufactured from injection-moulded plastic, the design of the impeller, guide vane and outlet diffuser have been optimised to increase performance and lower the sound level.
An airtight connection between the galvanised steel casing and the plastic guide vane avoids air leakage, whilst rubber gaskets on the flanges improves airtightness with the duct connections.
The JETLINE Range has been designed with a silent-block between the motor and the holder to reduce the motor’s vibrations and lower the sound level of the installation, even in terms of speed regulation.
The design of the impeller, guide vane and outlet diffuser have been optimised to lower the sound level.
Thermal protection with manual reset.
The product can be mounted in two different positions by changing the position of the support’s anchoring.
Built-in, IP65 terminal box that does not add to the overall height dimensions.
Speed controllable by voltage.
